Until further notice, our regularly scheduled Board of Supervisor’s Business Meetings will be held remotely via Zoom Meeting.  Should you wish to participate please send an email to info@alsacetownship.org with your comments.  They will be presented to the Board during their meeting.  Should you wish to participate, please email us and the link and call-in number to the Zoom meeting will be provided.

The Township has opted to utilize the Zoom video conference call platform of which provides the public the opportunity to interact during established public comment periods.

  • Meeting agendas will be provided at least 48 hours in advance of a public meeting. Agendas are a fluid document, and therefore could change by the time the meeting actually occurs.
  • If a member of the public is unable to participate in the virtual meeting, they may email their comments to the Township Business Manager (kimm@alsacetownship.org) at least 8 hours in advance of the public meeting.
  • The Township Business Manager will be the administrator of the virtual public meeting and will be responsible for muting and/or removing any Public Participant from the virtual public meeting for any behavior that is so disruptive to the virtual public meeting that it interferes with the ability to hold the meeting.
  • Meeting recordings will be made available 24 hours after the public meeting, on this page. IF there would be an unforeseen issue with the recording, draft meeting minutes will be made available 48 hours after the public meeting.
