Take Pride in YOUR Community!  Alsace Township’s Annual Spring Cleanup will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at 65 Woodside Avenue (at the Public Works yard behind the Municipal Building).  The Spring Cleanup gives residents a great opportunity to clean up their property and rid themselves of unwanted items. Proof of residency may be required.

We are happy to welcome back Boy Scout Troop 508, Frontier District, Hawk Mountain Council, who will assist with traffic control and offloading of materials at the event.

It would be impossible to list all of the “Do’s and Don’ts, so items include, but are not limited to the following:

DO Bring:

Scrap metal
Un-mounted tires – up to 19” (limit 2)
Lawn mowers

Do NOT Bring:

Used motor oil
Paint cans
Propane tanks
NO large truck tires over 19”
NO cut tires of any size

Feel free to call the Township if you are not sure your item(s) will be accepted at the Spring Cleanup.  We would rather hear from you in advance than ask you to take the items back home.  Give us a call at 610-929-5324.
